The the employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a large lobby if you had a group that just wanted to hang out, away from the room. Plenty of parking

The location was good. It was pretty quiet. The housekeeping did a good job, while an older property, it was clean and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly.

Overall excellent hotel, beautiful courtyard to sit outside, loved the location, and our suite was a spacious one bedroom with a balcony. Very spacious! Loved that you could close the door to your bedroom if you wanted to watch two different TVs, read in one etc. Microwave and small fridge helps. Lobby has a small bar and lovely sitting area.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at Toyota Music Factory and the hotel even offered a shuttle to the venue! The shuttle does stop running at 10pm so we got our own ride back to the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety to include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more. Sadly, no oatmeal but that was ok. The staff was top-notch all around. We were greeted warmly and they even text us after checking in to ensure our room was ok. I really appreciated that. The room was equipped with a keurig and refrigerator, no microwave. I liked that they offered all Dove bath products to include handwash and lotion. It was a nice change from the usual drying bath soaps found in other hotels.

loved the location, very close to restaurants. The balcony was a nice surprise! very spacious. Excellent amount of easily accessible plugs and charging ports. enjoy the complementary non-alcoholic beverage for being a member of the loyalty program.

The breakfast was not complimentary. It was $16 for the buffet, so we did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for three people. The beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Toyota Music Pavilion from the hotel, so that was very convenient. It was only about a 15-minute walk. The area was nice, and we felt safe walking back at midnight.

Had a great breakfast. It is a great location. There is a mini fridge in room. Free wifi. Great pricing. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Guys at the front desk were so kind funny and welcoming. Kevin is a star. The shuttle took us to the Music Factory area for dinner and picked us up....perfect. love having a drink aat the bar...it was great.
